TERMS OF HIRE

Location Saturday from 17H 00 to Saturday 09 H 00
Thank you to phone in the event of late arrival

Charges: 38 € per stay, for water, gas, electricity and the swimming pool but not the final cleaning

The tourist tax is paid on the spot (0.5 € per day per person)
No refunding will be carried out in the event of early retirement
Guarantee of € 400 payable upon arrival and returned within eight days
The swimming pool is open 9:00 to 21:00 and is reserved for the exclusive use of our residents

The household linen is not provided. Bed clothes and towels can be rented in advance
Ornament sheets and pillowcases for a double bed: 8 € per week
Ornament sheets and pillowcases for a single bed: € 6 per week
Lot napkins per person: € 5 a week
Possibility of household during the stay

Car park closed in residence; remote entrusted upon arrival
Animals are welcome, but must be reported: € 25 per week
Household final at the customer, our intervention will be charged from 40 for a housing 2 people,
50 € for a housing 3 people, 60 € for a housing 4 people

All the reservations must be made for a precise number people (babies and children included),

our residences are planned for the number indicated on the tarifs
and description of the residences
Any additional person will be refused, for the comfort of housing and of our hosts.
With your confirmation, we send a 30% deposit, the balance must be paid upon arrival.
Reservations are not effective without written confirmation from us.

Cancellation fees:
J-30: 30% of the net amount of stay
J-14: 50% of the net amount of stay
J-3: 100% of the net amount of stay

Your reservation will be finalized after receipt of your deposit, or 30% of the total.
